1. Reservations & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. Full or partial payment is required to confirm a reservation as per the stated policy during the booking process. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will incur a charge corresponding to either the first night's stay or full booking amount depending on high-season protocols.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an extra charge.

4. Property Rules

• No smoking within the suites or indoor common areas.
• Parties or loud music events are strictly not allowed, respecting the secluded and peaceful nature of Cloud Door.
• Guests are liable for any damage done to the property or its amenities.

5. Disclaimer

Cloud Door is situated in a natural mountain environment. While we ensure high safety standards, we are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred by guests due to force majeure, wild animals, or failure to follow safety guidelines during hikes or stays.
